Robert G. Beard, Jr., CPA, JD, LLM, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration, and a J.D., and LL.M. in International Taxation and Financial Services. He has worked for three of the four largest international public accounting firms and has over 35 years of experience in taxation. Bob is also a Vietnam era veteran with an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force. He is the author of two books, The U.S. Individual Income Tax is Incompatible with a Free Society and Our Right To Privacy–Hijacked By Government. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Juridical Science. His dissertation is entitled The Impact of Constitutional Interpretation on Individual Freedom. He is also a principal with the Jeffersonian Group, LLC.
